What Is a Good Faith Estimate?
A Good Faith Estimate is a reasonable estimate of the costs you may incur for mental health services. This estimate is based on the information you provide about your condition, the type of services you need, and the expected duration of treatment. The estimate is provided in good faith and is intended to give you a clear understanding of potential costs before you begin treatment.
When Will You Receive a Good Faith Estimate?
You will receive a Good Faith Estimate before your first appointment or at your intake appointment. If you are uninsured or self-paying, we will provide you with a detailed estimate of costs based on the services you are seeking. If your treatment needs change during the course of therapy, we will provide you with an updated estimate.
What If My Bill Is Higher Than the Estimate?
If your actual bill is significantly higher than the estimate provided, we will contact you to discuss the reasons for the increase. We are committed to transparency and will explain any additional charges. If you have concerns about the bill, please contact us immediately to discuss payment options or to address any billing disputes.

This estimate is based on the assumption of weekly therapy sessions. Your actual frequency may vary.

The estimate assumes a standard 50-minute session. Additional services may incur extra fees.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

If you experience financial hardship, please discuss this with us. We may be able to offer a sliding scale fee.
